What you are purchasing

The Personal Crete Edit is a bespoke travel planning service created from the questionnaire information you provide. The 3 to 5 day edit costs €99, paid once in full. The 6 to 10 day edit costs €149, paid once in full.

Timing, call and support

Your edit is delivered by email within three working days after Crete Curated verifies payment and receives any essential missing information. One reasonable round of revisions is included when requested within seven days of delivery.

Your purchase also includes one complimentary 30 minute planning call, scheduled before or after payment, and access to Maria’s direct business WhatsApp at +30 697 024 3618. WhatsApp support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Athens time. Support covers reasonable questions connected to your itinerary and does not provide emergency, booking agent or continuous on demand assistance.

Withdrawal, cancellations and refunds

For an online service contract, you may withdraw within 14 days after purchase. If you ask Crete Curated to begin during that period and then withdraw before completion, any refund may be reduced by a proportionate amount reflecting work already performed. If the service is fully performed after your express request and acknowledgement, the right of withdrawal ends. A full refund is provided when Crete Curated has not begun work, or when Crete Curated cannot deliver the agreed service.

Submit a clear request through the cancellation and withdrawal form. Crete Curated will acknowledge it and explain any refund or proportionate charge within one working day. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Receipts, invoices and taxes

PayPal provides a payment receipt. A Crete Curated purchase confirmation is also sent by email. If you require an invoice, request it by email with your reference and the billing information that must appear on it. Prices are shown in euros; any applicable tax treatment will be stated on the final receipt or invoice.

Bookings and changing conditions

Accommodation, restaurant, transport and activity bookings are not included. Prices, availability, opening hours, weather, road access and local conditions can change. You remain responsible for confirming and purchasing bookings, travel documents, insurance and the suitability of activities for your party.

Independent recommendations

Recommendations are selected for suitability and fit. Some booking links may be affiliate links; if you use one, Crete Curated may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not determine the itinerary.
