Information collected
When you use the planner, Crete Curated stores your name, email address, trip dates and preferences, accessibility or dietary notes you choose to provide, generated draft itinerary and Crete Curated reference. When you pay, PayPal returns a payment reference, payer email and amount so the purchase can be confirmed automatically. Crete Curated does not receive or store your PayPal password or card details.
How it is used
This information is used to save your plan, match your payment, communicate with you and create and deliver your personalised itinerary. It is not sold. Marketing messages are not sent unless you separately choose to receive them.
Storage and access
Planner requests are stored in the website’s private database and are available only through the owner’s protected administration area. PayPal processes payments under its own privacy terms.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries that do not become purchases may be deleted after 12 months. Purchased itinerary records may be retained for up to six years where needed for accounting or legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible personal information.
